2010 the Hauptbahnhof train station in Berlin
Detailed Product Description
A creative & state of the art LED ground plate you can walk on
In 2010 the Hauptbahnhof train station in Berlin played host to GLUX's interactive LED dance floor that responds in real time to pedestrians' feet. Art company, phase7 carried out the installation that utilizes infrared camera motion sensing and software in combination with GLUX's SEfl 15 ground-floor Light Weight Outdoor LED Screen Hire to create powerful fluid visuals. The installation was the latest incarnation of 'Ønskebrønn' (Norwegian for 'Wishing Well'). The installation extension of 50 sqm LED-floor,composed of individual panels, was conceived by Sven Sören Beyer, from Phase7. This allows the wishing well to vary in size and shape and essentially act as a video screen, combining image, movement and musical arrangement.
